Giráldez and his entire first-team squad stuck around to sign shirts, pose for photos, and hand out signed pictures to delighted supporters. The connection between club and community was plain as day, showing why these traditions matter so much in Spanish football culture.
With Celta sitting pretty in seventh and the atmosphere at Balaídos on the up, it seems the Three Kings have delivered exactly what the doctor ordered for the sky blues.
